In order to identify differences in the level of self-esteem in people who meet and interact in virtual space and in real life, we conducted a study. The experimental work was carried out on the basis of the Krasnodar Municipal Medical Institute of Higher Nursing Education. The experimental work was attended by 30 second-year students of the specialty "Nursing" and 45 second-year and third-year students of the specialty "Clinical Psychology". In total, 75 respondents were involved in the study.
